Turning takes great pride in being an ISO
9001:2000 certified company and realizes we wouldn't be where
we are today without our dedicated Production and Quality Control
Personnel.
The first piece of each run is inspected
and the machine set-up approved by our QC Department before production
begins. The critical characteristics of each part are then checked
at the machine by our trained machinists. Thereafter, every 100th
piece is sent to our QC Lab for thorough inspection and record retention
through the use of our Model 1808 CMM and other precision gages and
instruments.
Traceability is not only essential to
us, but also to our customers. With our systematic procedures we are
able to trace all products from our receiving dock through production to
final shipment.
With our on-going training we ensure ALL Production
Turning personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of
their activities and how they contribute to the satisfaction of our
customers.
